Accu-Steel Sponsors Feedlot Forum 2016

Once again, Accu-Steel, Inc., Templeton, IA, will sponsor the Feedlot Forum on January 19 in Sioux Center, Iowa. A long-time sponsor of the Feedlot Forum, Accu-Steel will feature their new 38′ wide cattle building designed to benefit pit barn and cow/calf operations. Other buildings highlighted will be the standard size cattle buildings, equipment storage, grain and commodity storage buildings.

“The 2016 forum features a few of the latest pressures feedlot producers are facing,” Beth Doran, beef program specialist with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, said in an Iowa Beef Center news release. “Defending agriculture, sustainability, competitiveness, drug usage, and profitability are real issues challenging today’s beef producers.”

The forum will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Terrace View Event Center in Sioux Center. In addition to the educational sessions, the program will feature more than 20 trade show exhibitors.
